Buddha-Bar Worldwide will debut its first Middle East hotel and floating residences on Dubai’s World Islands in 2027, a $816 million project featuring a 162-room hotel, branded residences, and 24 floating villas.
The development fuses the brand’s signature music, Pacific Rim cuisine, and Asian-inspired design with coastal luxury, including the region’s first Buddha-Bar Beach for day-to-night experiences.
Buddha-Bar Residences on the hotel’s floor embody “barefoot luxury” with deep reds, gold accents, and natural textures, while floating homes offer underwater suites, sea-level lounges, and rooftop jacuzzis.
Amenities include infinity pools, cabanas, a bespoke spa with Eastern wellness rituals, sunrise yoga, and DJ performances, set against the archipelago’s 232 km shoreline.
This landmark joins projects like Anantara on the manmade islands shaped like a world map, elevating Dubai’s global prestige in innovative hospitality.
